As soon as an organizer cancels a concert or moves it to another date, you will be informed on our website and via the social media channels of bigBOX ALLGÄU.
Tickets will usually remain valid if an event is postponed. Should you not be able to keep the new date or should the concert be cancelled without a replacement date, the tickets can be returned to the respective advance booking office where they were purchased.
We recommend all ticket purchasers to check our website immediately prior to the concert to find out whether there may be any current news about the event, such as a postponement or a cancellation.

There are cloakrooms in the basement (accessible via the escalator at the entrance). An amount of 2.00 € is to be paid per jacket handed in. Umbrellas, hats, small handbags or similar objects are not charged additionally when a coat or jacket is handed in.

At concerts with body checks, in addition to prohibited objects, projectiles of all kinds such as deodorants and bottles will be collected at the entrance control.  We therefore ask our visitors not to bring such items with them in the first place. We advise you to plan in sufficient time when arriving. Please make full use of the admission time stated at the event.

The bigBOX ALLGÄU issues vouchers for the following purposes: events, catering, hotel accommodation, as well as services provided by the Restaurant musics.
Vouchers for concerts (value freely selectable) are available in the webshop and at the ticket office. The event vouchers can be redeemed in the ticket sales office of bigBOX ALLGÄU.
Vouchers for overnight stays in the bigBOX ALLGÄU Hotel and for services of the Restaurant musics (value freely selectable in each case) are available at the hotel reception.

Young persons under the age of 14 may only attend concerts when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (min. 18 years old). Young adults over 14 years of age may attend concerts up to max. 24:00 hours without a supervisor, but must carry their identity card/children's card with them at all times. For special events (e.g. parties, Comet’s Ball) different regulations may apply. Please inform yourself on this website about the respective event.

Prohibited items may not be taken into the hall and will therefore be removed at the entrance control. This includes food and beverages, as well as all types of projectiles (e.g. bottles, spray deodorants, etc.). Possible projectiles will be collected at concerts with body checks. We therefore ask our visitors not to bring such items with them in the first place. Large bags (larger than DIN A4 - 21 cm x 29.7 cm), backpacks and helmets are also not permitted.

Due to legal regulations, we are obliged to reduce our energy consumption. To counteract the ongoing energy crisis, we will heat our hall more energy-efficiently this year.
